Moving to a new state and starting a new school mid-year can be stressful. While the teachers at our daughter's
new school were welcoming, we wanted to be sure to articulate our daughter's background and personality to help ease the
transition. The Personality and Learning Profile was a great tool. We brought it to the teacher meeting and used
it to guide our conversation. The teachers found it so helpful in our daughter's first weeks at school. They could reference
the PaL Profile to help understand how to best work with and motivate our daughter. I highly recommend it!

Julie is a professional in every sense of the word. She is a master at understanding the nuances
of the human personality. Her ability to identify individual personality differences is remarkable. I am just
happy that she shares this gift with others. She has offered tremendous guidance to our family as my husband and I raise
our children. The Personality and Learning Profile, that Julie has created and developed, has been such an asset to
us. We reference it often in our home as we communicate with our son and we have referenced it when communicating with
his teacher. I highly recommend Julie's services to anyone who would like to better understand their child.
And, quite frankly, who wouldn't want to better understand their child?

I have known Julie Goldstein for many years. We worked together
in a school system for several years and I find her to be extremely knowledgeable about children and their developmental stages.
She has a great deal of expertise in working with children and families to give them the guidance they will need to be successful
in their environments. Julie is very personable and works very well with people. Julie did a Personality and learning
profile on my 8 year old son that I found very helpful in better understanding him and what would benefit him in both a school
and home environment. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone.

I can't think of a more thorough or sensitive survey to help parents,
teachers and kids. Through the Personality and Learning Profile on the Balanced Perspective website, we as parents are
invited to assess our children. The questions in this survey are thought-provoking, and aid in increasing our own understanding
of our children, and their needs in school. ... It provides me something concrete which will actually be of great help!

Julie's sensitivity to, and insight into, children's behavior, is profound and
obvious, in both her personal and professional life.

Prior to
my career as a children's photographer I was an early preschool teacher, and that is where I met Julie Goldstein.
From the moment that her daughter joined my class I knew that there was something unique about Julie--she took the time to
understand her children. We quickly developed an open and honest rapport as parent-teacher. With her education
and work experience, Julie had the tools to literally understand her children. That was key in aiding me in creating
the best possible environment for her children to learn.
Have you ever had
anyone actually listen to you? Julie listens--she literally focuses all her attention on what you are saying, actually
"hears" what you say and then processes that information. Her response is always genuine and sincere.
She is an excellent problem-solver and uses every resource at her disposal when faced with a situation. In
everything she does, Julie draws on her education, experience and her natural ability to understand people. We
have now moved past the parent-teacher relationship and these days I am proud to call Julie a friend and client!

As
a new mother, I find myself overwhelmed with advice, books and magazine articles about parenting and child development. Amidst
this sea of information, I take great comfort knowing that I have a friend in Julie Goldstein. Throughout our 19 years of
friendship, I have seen Julie develop into a skilled and competent professional; she has also shown herself to be a naturally
kind, patient and thoughtful parent. I save up my questions and concerns about my active eight month old son for Julie visits
and phone calls. It's been a pleasure, and now a real blessing, to see my old friend become such an effective child development
expert.

I appreciate Julie Goldstein so much! She
has such great insight into handling what could be difficult situations. The Personality and Learning Profile she did
for my son was spot on. I know my child better than anyone but sometimes I’m tongue tied when talking to educators
about him. Julie gave me words to better express what I want teachers to know about my son to make his learning and
school experience optimal. It is a wonderful tool!
